| Governor's Banquet |
The banquet is being held at the Crowne Plaza
Hotel at 12801 Northwest Freeway (Highway 290 at
Pinemont).
The festivities will begin with a Reception and
Division Council Meeting at 6pm, followed by the
banquet at 7pm. The cost is $25 per person.

 Triathlon Race Series 2007! |
WHAT IS TRIATHLON?
Triathlon is an exciting sport for young athletes
because it involves three activities that every
child enjoys – swimming, cycling and running.
For more than eight years, Kiwanis Clubs in the
Greater Houston area have sponsored races in the
Kiwanis Kids Triathlon Series.
The Kiwanis Kids Triathlon Series allows young
athletes ages 7 to 12 to experience the fun and
excitement of triathlon. It’s a morning of
friendly competition and physical activity that
can lead to a lifetime of fitness.

 Where in the World is Mel Head |
Mel Head is continuing his journey around
Division 3. Last year he visited all the clubs.
He is starting his visits late this year, but he
has time to visit everyone. He will make his
first visit to the Governor’s Banquet on January
25th. See you there.
